The Little Butter Box Cosmic Bakery wasn't created from a business plan or a lifelong dream of opening a bakery. It was born during a season when life felt uncertain, heavy, and completely different from anything we had imagined.

After years of infertility, heartbreak, and uncertainty, I found myself navigating yet another difficult season, one that left me out of work and feeling like I was facing an impossible situation.

During our fertility journey, an incredible couple, truly angels in our lives, blessed us with viable embryos and gave us the opportunity to continue chasing our dream of becoming parents. But during this already difficult season, we had just purchased our home, I had unexpectedly found myself out of work, and I was struggling emotionally with everything life seemed to be throwing our way.

Then came another hurdle: the embryos needed to be moved, and new storage fees had to be paid.

Suddenly, I found myself searching for something, anything, that could help us cover those expenses while also bringing a little joy, purpose, and hope back into our lives.

And somehow, it started with cookies.

What began as baking from the heart slowly became something bigger than we ever imagined. Baking gave me a creative outlet during some of the hardest moments of our journey. It gave me something beautiful to focus on when life felt uncertain, and before long, those little batches of cookies started bringing joy to other people too.

That's where The Little Butter Box began.

As the bakery grew, so did the dream. I wanted it to feel like more than just a place to buy cookies. I wanted it to feel like stepping into our little world, a world filled with good vibes, groovy inspiration, a little cosmic magic, and treats made with ingredients we feel good about sharing.

Today, The Little Butter Box Cosmic Bakery is a little piece of our hearts. Every cookie, brownie, and treat is made with love, creativity, and the belief that even during life's hardest seasons, something beautiful can grow.

And behind the scenes? It's just us.

I'm the baker, dreamer, recipe creator, and the one usually covered in flour. My husband is my biggest supporter and helps bring all of my wild ideas to life, even when those ideas involve turning a little bakery into a full-blown cosmic universe. You may have even seen him alongside me, helping set up and work our market events!
